This is a field based position managing a regional team of OCE's in the New England Region (including: DE, ME, NH, VT, NY, MA, RI, CT, NJ, PA). This is a field-based role available in all cities within DE, ME, NH, VT, NY, MA, RI, CT, NJ, PA. Purpose: The primary responsibility of the OCE team is to provide on-label, company approved education to Oncology Nurses, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), Pharmacists and Allied Health Care professionals (AHPs) in assigned accounts. The OCE also provides patient education upon request from advocacy groups. The Regional Manager will provide daily coaching, training and mentoring while setting performance expectation for day-to-day activity. The Regional Manager is accountable for metric-based team performance in alignment with brand strategy, providing oversight of all activities in accordance with current regulatory and health care compliance guidelines.
