Lion Real Estate Group is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee our Nashville portfolio of owner-managed multifamily properties currently totaling 1,524 units. This position is based in Nashville, TN. The Regional Manager is responsible and accountable for the overall supervision and performance of the assigned portfolio. The Regional Manager supports and executes the Company’s strategies related to property management operations by directing the team members on the assigned portfolio of properties, and by implementing the policies, procedures, and practices that enable each community to meet and exceed budgeted financial goals and achieve operational performance objectives.
