About The Position
If you are a Human Resources professional looking for multi-site leadership, Emerson Appleton Group has an exciting opportunity for you! You will be responsible to lead HR Operations for five sites in North America. The ideal candidate should be an HR leader who has excellent judgement focused on continuous improvement, positive employee relations, aligning HR programs with strategic objectives, and experience with plant and HR operations. In this role you will also establish credible, based relationships with Plant managers and other site Leaders, demonstrating proven business knowledge and savvy to provide beneficial HR strategies and solutions. This opportunity is based in Appleton Group's Global HQ in Rosemont, IL or at our Houston, TX Plant working onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely.
