The Regional Growth & Innovation Manager is a key player in supporting Aramark Refreshments business strategies. By developing field solutions, this role drives profitable growth across various service areas, including office coffee services, micro-markets, vending, breakroom, and retail experiences. Reporting to the Vice President of Innovation and Customer Experience, the role directly engages with the West Region's operations and sales teams to drive execution, sales growth, client satisfaction/retention, and customer engagement. This role manages five (5) field marketing specialists who drive the day-to-day marketing success of each market center in which they are based. This position is responsible for managing Aramark Refreshments' marketing objectives and activities, including local store marketing initiatives, regional marketing programs, client activations, product and equipment marketing, and product management and analysis. This includes both new business and base business clients. The role serves as a critical liaison between Aramark's marketing team and field operations, ensuring that both the field team and client needs are met while adhering to Aramark standards.
