About The Position
The Regional Facilities Manager is responsible for managing the assigned sites within the account owned and/or occupied portfolio in accordance with the requirements of all local, state and federal requirements. The Regional Manager is responsible for all lines of business and third-party relationships with the assigned data centers and will also manage a team of Facility Management professionals that will report to this role. The key to success in this position is to be an open, transparent and consistent communicator to all stakeholders. You have the opportunity to shape a portion of the digital economy as well as the careers and lives of the teams' supporting operations. The Regional Manager must ensure the highest level of professionalism while meeting the client's needs and achieve the goal of 100% uptime within critical and non-critical facilities. Being responsible for protecting and improving the value of the client's assets and ensuring that building engineering systems continue to perform their intended function is key-critical to the role.
