About The Position

HYROX is a global sports event series that combines running and functional fitness training in a unique race format. Founded in Germany in 2017, HYROX has evolved into a worldwide fitness movement with events across five continents, attracting tens of thousands of athletes every season. As our Regional Manager (m/f/d) – Canada , you are the driving force for our expansion across the Canadian market. Based out of our Chicago office, you will own the full sales cycle, from proactive outbound prospecting to closing high-impact affiliate partnerships. You don't just wait for opportunities; you create them through strategic outreach while effectively converting inbound interest to fuel our North American growth. This is an ideal role for a high-energy sales professional who thrives on building a market from the ground up and possesses a relentless drive to hit and exceed targets.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record in a sales or business development role, ideally with experience in the North American fitness or sports industry.
  • Sales Mindset: A proactive "hunter" mentality with a focus on outbound lead generation.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build immediate rapport with potential partners.
  • Organization: Exceptional pipeline management skills and a structured approach to the sales cycle.
  • Persistence: Resilient and goal-oriented, with the ability to handle the high volume of outreach required for market expansion.
  • Languages: English (C-Level); additional languages are a plus.
  • Location: Based in or willing to work from our Chicago office.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution & Growth: Own and deliver against ambitious sales targets across the Canadian market.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Execute proactive outbound outreach via calls, emails, and networking as the primary driver for market growth.
  • Lead Management: Effectively qualify and convert inbound leads to support broader U.S. and Canadian growth.
  • Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire process from first contact and prospecting through to the final close.
  • Affiliate Partnership Development: Identify, prospect, and secure new affiliate partners to expand the HYROX footprint.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong, active, and organized sales pipeline to ensure consistent results.
