Gray Residential is seeking a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations and lead high-performing teams across multiple properties in their region. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who knows building systems inside and out and thrives coaching teams to deliver excellence. Gray Residential is a boutique multifamily property management company managing 2,400+ units across multiple communities, and they invest in their people, systems, and properties.

Requirements

5+ years in multi-site property maintenance or facilities management
2+ years leading teams at a supervisory or regional level
Expert knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building systems
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within your region
Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills and customer-service focus

Nice To Haves

EPA Universal Certification, CPO, or trade certifications (HVAC, CAMT)
Experience with CMMS or property management software
Bilingual capabilities

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance supervisors and technicians across our portfolio, ensuring properties stay safe, efficient, and compliant.
Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance—from HVAC troubleshooting to capital projects—while managing budgets and timelines.
Drive vendor partnerships and project delivery, balancing quality, cost control, and safety at every step.
Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, local codes) and maintain detailed records and reporting.
Mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
