We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Regional Logistics Manager to join our team in Wendell, NC.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field; advanced certifications (APICS, PMP, Six Sigma) preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in global logistics, data analytics, or supply chain strategy, with a strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced Power BI and Excel skills, including Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX, and data modeling; experience with SQL or other BI tools is favorable.
  • Proven success creating KPI dashboards and developing analytical frameworks to support logistics decision-making and executive reporting.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-region decisions using data insights.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of U.S.-based 3PL and in-house warehouse activities, ensuring strong vendor relationships, process compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and service performance.
  • Lead global logistics analytics by developing KPI dashboards and leveraging data insights to identify trends, improve operational performance, and support strategic business decisions.
  • Manage and contribute to global logistics projects, including network optimization, warehouse layouts, and logistics risk and continuity planning, aligning with global business goals.
  • Serve as a key liaison between Logistics, Sales, Customer Service, and Business Development to ensure logistics capabilities meet customer expectations and business objectives.
  • Drive adoption of technology solutions such as TMS and WMS, promoting process automation, standardized workflows, and digital visibility across logistics operations.
