As the North America Lifestyle Marketing Manager, you will shape end-to-end regional strategy for this emerging category within the Brooks Running brand. Your ownership will drive robust impact throughout our North American business: leveraging understanding of the competitive landscape, leading the planning and execution of culturally relevant lifestyle marketing campaigns, and ensuring alignment with global strategies while tailoring initiatives to regional consumer insights. You will play a foundational role in regional category execution, ensuring our products resonate with cultural tastemakers who value style, authenticity, and innovation. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams â including Global Brand Marketing, the Creative Lab, Merchandising, and Sales â to deliver fully integrated campaigns across channels as well as an overarching category strategy. This role will blend a keen eye for lifestyle marketing strategy with hands-on execution via Influencer, Retail, Organic Social, Events, eCommerce, and more. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong executional skills, capable of guiding partners, managing complex timelines, and ensuring seamless delivery of campaigns that elevate Brooks's lifestyle presence in North America.
