Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Two (2) years of administrative support experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Legal or claims related experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of the regulatory environment of the claims management industry.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies.

Responsibilities

  • Administers the licensing process for assigned licenses.
  • Assists with obtaining specific individual licenses for new program implementation.
  • Assists in maintaining a database containing the status of licenses made available via the Internet and further compliance tracking and reporting.
  • Assists in developing and maintaining a library of resource documents, including copies of current regulations governing licensing, individual specific licensing applications and related materials.
  • Assists operations managers with obtaining local business licenses.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Supports the organization's quality program(s).
