We are looking to build our Raymond Leasing team. We are seeking a Regional Leasing Program Advisor to join our team of leasing professionals. The successful candidate will enhance and deepen the Raymond Corporation Leasing relationship with Service and Support Centers with the following responsibilities. Sell and Manage Raymond Leasing’s finance programs through Raymond dealers in assigned sales territory. Travel a minimum of 75% of the time monthly or as required to Raymond Customers in an assigned region. Establish and maintain close working relationships with assigned Raymond Corporation Service and Support Centers. Partner with the Raymond Leasing’s Retail Credit Department and assist in managing new and existing customer credit lines. Invest the resources necessary to empower the dealers to win. Travel as necessary for the purpose of education dealer Sales Professionals on Raymond Leasing’s finance programs and the advantages of financing with Raymond Leasing. Partner with Raymond Corporation to aid with Dealer or National Account Customers as required. Provide individual or group dealer training sessions on all Raymond Leasing’s finance and operational areas of Commercial Finance in an effort to meet annual Sales - Finance Volume and Market Share objectives. Ensure that all Raymond Leasing’s policies and procedures related to commercial finance are adhered to by Raymond Dealers in assigned Sales Region. Provide training to Dealer personnel so that they can proficiently utilize Raymond Leasing’s lease origination and servicing system. As required - manage general Customer Service and Remarketing issues to assist both Raymond Leasing’s, Raymond Corporation Dealer and Customer needs in assigned Sales Region. As required - partner with Raymond Leasing’s Retail Credit & Funding departments and assist with any issues with respect to Dealer/Customer Credit Offerings and/or Funding issues. Review maturities and disposition assets. Seek to sell National Account returns to in territory dealers. Obtain feedback necessary to ensure financial program effectiveness. Work Collaboratively with Raymond Leasing management to provide necessary feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
