About The Position

The Regional Leasing Manager serves as a corporate-level team lead for leasing, traveling across our portfolio of properties to provide on-demand support. This role performs all duties of a leasing specialist while acting as the face of the community and a prospect’s first impression—delivering exceptional customer service, conducting outreach, touring units, processing applications, preparing leases, and delivering keys. As a corporate ambassador, the Floating Leasing Manager models professionalism, ensures seamless day-to-day leasing operations at each assigned property, and upholds brand standards across diverse teams and environments.

Requirements

  • Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) Certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least Three (3) years of experience in leasing
  • Strong professionalism, communication and “people skills”
  • Well organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software

Responsibilities

  • Travel to properties on an as-needed basis to greet prospective residents and provide tours of available units, showcasing the unique features and amenities of each location.
  • Step in to assist prospective residents with the leasing process, including completing applications, conducting credit and background checks, and preparing lease agreements.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information about pricing, availability, and leasing policies while adapting to property-specific protocols.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective residents at each assigned site, addressing concerns or issues with corporate-level professionalism and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with on-site property management teams to assess needs, implement effective leasing strategies—such as marketing campaigns and resident referral programs—and provide hands-on training to local leasing staff.
  • Conduct rapid market research at each location, staying informed about local trends and competitor offerings to ensure competitive pricing and positioning.
  • Maintain organized leasing records and documentation at every property, ensuring full compliance with fair housing regulations, company policies, and corporate reporting standards.
