About The Position

The Regional Leasing Consultant at MAA Seven Oaks is responsible for driving leasing efforts and enhancing customer satisfaction within the property. This role focuses on building relationships with prospective residents, showcasing the property, and ensuring a seamless leasing process. The consultant will also collaborate with the management team to achieve occupancy goals and maintain high standards of service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in leasing or property management is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with residents and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market and trends.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
