About The Position

You will be responsible for leading the successful growth of the Northern New Jersey Region by identifying opportunities and facilitating solutions. You will manage your time appropriately between business development, project planning, project execution and team engagement. Execute our processes effectively and develop plans to provide smart growth for the region. Manage the region’s revenue, profit, and awards. Analyze the regional P&L statements for business planning. Provide leadership to ensure positive and profitable relationships with all external parties, including clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business administration or similar field, or equivalent experience
  • 10-15 years of experience in management role required 15 to 20 years preferred.
  • OSHA 30 Certified
  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel including overnight travel.
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed.
  • Minimum 15 years of construction leadership experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software systems, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
