Regional Leader, FIA, Long-Term Care The Role The FIA Regional Leader supports the ongoing operations, strategy development and effective execution of the direct sales channel of FIA. This role is directly responsible for developing and leading a highly engaged team that drives long term care planning & solutions and delivers on our Standards of Care providing an outstanding client experience. Accountable for business results, client loyalty, team culture and engagement, you are supporting broader business initiatives through FIA strategies by providing coaching and professional development to our long-term care planning team(s). The Expertise We’re Looking For You are an effective People Manager. Responsible for hiring, training, coaching, motivating, retaining, and managing a FIA Long-Term Care Planning Team, consisting of Long-Term Care Consultants (LTCC), Regional LTC Planning Consultant, and Sales Support Analysts (SSA). The LTC Regional Leader is responsible for the training and development of the Fidelity Relationship Model (FRM) including both inbound and outbound interaction skills. They coach the LTCCs and SSAs to improve their interaction skills and build their knowledge; specific areas of development include PGC tool integration, planning language, creating an outstanding client experience, proactive outbound calling, and providing product guidance through effective questioning strategies in line with our Standards of Care and the Fidelity Relationship Model. Sets performance expectations and enables consultants to achieve according to the department goals and metrics and leverage Framework for Success. Conducts team meetings and provides communication, direction, and training to representatives. The LTC Regional Leader partners closely with the LTC RPC, LTC Product lead, and extended FIA business partners to execute on strategies and key priorities of FIA and the Advisor and Business Development organization. You are an expert Risk Mitigator. Manage department initiatives and supervise adherence to regulatory requirements. Take client escalations as needed and assume responsibility in facilitating the resolution of client's problems. Perform Supervisory Principal Review of all new business applications to ensure the appropriateness of the solution and that the necessary compliance and legal requirements have been followed and documented appropriately. Ensures the direct channel team operates within compliance guidelines through effective risk management and communication. The Purpose of Your Role To Drive Business Development, you are: Partnering closely with the FIA Marketing team, you are owning development and execution for the direct channel team; you are ensuring all business partners are in alignment in lead execution. Collaborating with the Advisor and Business Development organization and marketing teams to review and influence FIA and Long-Term Care collateral, products, services, and communication for FIA and Wealth clients.
