The Regional Lead Scale Technician is a critical role within PMG that requires a high level of technical knowledge that reports directly to the Director of Sales and Service for the applicable region. This role works closely with the Director of Sales and Service and Service Managers in the assigned region to understand and implement Quality requirements, assist with audits, complete Cert reviews, develop training plans for technicians, and function as the 'go to' person in the absence of the Service Managers. This position must positively encourage the team to perform at a high level as a group and as individual contributors.
