The Regional Lead Development Officer manages and solicits a portfolio of major gift donors and prospects, in partnership with the Hospital's leadership, physicians, and other interested parties, focusing on a specific region. They will partner with the Campaign team on creating and executing campaign plans for the region (events, fluency, etc). The Development Officer will also support CII co-funding and market women's group as well as manage the regional philanthropy council. Builds relationships with donors at all levels, system partners and IUHF team, philanthropy council and regional board to promote philanthropy goals. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities
