Regional Job Developer
About The Position
This position works directly with American Job Center Customers for job development assistance and placement services. This individual must possess high energy and motivation to assist customers in meeting their employment goals. He/ She should be a self-starter who can work independently, be well organized, able to multitask and prioritize projects. The Regional Job Developer works with program/partner staff, program participants and employers to develop opportunities for Subsidized Employment, Community Services and On-the-Job Trainings. Services include, but are not limited to, career assessment and guidance, workshops, resume assistance, coordination of supportive services, job search skills assistance, job development and placement, and employer recruitment.
