About The Position

The law offices of Marshall Dennehey, a leading defense firm, is seeking a Regional IT Specialist for its Pittsburgh, PA office. This position requires regular travel to the Firm’s regional offices in Western Pennsylvania and Ohio. Position Summary: The Regional IT Specialist provides hands-on technical support to attorneys and staff, ensuring reliable operation of hardware, software, and IT services across assigned regional offices. This role supports desktop services, equipment lifecycle management, and onsite technology needs while adhering to firm security and operational standards.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and printer issues
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency with Windows 11 and M365
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of technical support experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite and remote technical support for hardware, software, printers, mobility, and A/V systems
  • Manage service requests from intake through resolution, including escalation and documentation
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops and laptops using the firm’s standard Windows image and applications
  • Maintain and track regional hardware inventory and coordinate equipment ordering
  • Support office moves, new office setups, and conference room A/V needs
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance, updates, and hardware replacements
  • Maintain enterprise printers and ensure proper placement and functionality
  • Collaborate with IT teams on escalations and service improvements
  • Participate in scheduled server maintenance activities
  • Travel regularly to the Firm’s regional offices in Western PA and Ohio
  • Comply with all firm security and technology policies
  • Maintain regular in-office attendance and perform other duties as assigned
