About The Position

The primary responsibility of the Regional IT Infrastructure Lead is to serve as the key point of contact between the IT Infrastructure team and local business stakeholders, ensuring support for the company's ongoing growth. This role involves overseeing the operations of IT infrastructure across all warehouses and branch offices for Red Bull within the assigned regions. As part of the Red Bull IT Infrastructure team, the Regional IT Infrastructure Lead will advocate for and implement IT solutions, contribute to the development of global standards, and support daily business operations. Additionally, the Regional IT Infrastructure Lead will be accountable for managing the IT infrastructure budget within the regions and assist in planning the IT budget in alignment with the business plan.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of practical experience in supporting IT infrastructure.
  • Comprehensive understanding of enterprise-level network and collaboration concepts.
  • Proficient knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, VoIP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
  • Solid understanding of low voltage/structured cabling technologies and principles.
  • Exceptional documentation and project management abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems (or related field), or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain partnerships with both internal and external business stakeholders, including General Managers, Operations Managers, Distribution Managers, Sales Managers, and Office Administrators.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the IT Infrastructure team and local teams for IT infrastructure projects and support.
  • Oversee IT Infrastructure projects within the region, which include new office constructions, relocations, remodels, infrastructure deployments, and other business-driven initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with project management teams, network operations partners, and network service owners to execute projects effectively.
  • Maintain strong collaboration with global and local IT Infrastructure teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services that align with established standards.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the IT Infrastructure operations across warehouse and office locations.
  • Conduct site visits to every location in the region at least twice a year, or as required, to ensure the IT Infrastructure is properly maintained.
  • Act as an escalation point for operations partners, the service desk, and other members of the IT Infrastructure team.
  • Manage the regional IT Infrastructure budget, ensuring that financial objectives are met.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to work independently, identify improvement opportunities, take initiative, and execute plans effectively.
  • Ensure all documentation and monitoring tools are regularly updated and accurate.
  • Transform business requirements into effective IT solutions, considering both budgetary constraints and timeline expectations.
  • Take responsibility for lifecycle management and capacity planning of IT hardware and services.
