We are currently seeking a Regional Installation Coordinator to join our team and help drive world-class logistics and service operations. In this dynamic, high-impact role, you’ll coordinate complex delivery and installation schedules across the U.S. and Canada, ensuring that customers receive their equipment on time, accurately installed, and fully supported. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment, values customer satisfaction, and is ready to take ownership of regional vendor and installation management. This is a hybrid role, based out of our Global Support Center in Rosemont, IL. Remote work is available Mondays and Fridays, with in-office collaboration on Tuesdays through Thursdays. #LI-Hybrid

Requirements

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or vendor management
  • Financial acumen with experience in contract management or quoting preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong customer service skills and proven ability to manage external partners and stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of Oracle ERP systems a plus
  • BA/BS degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage installation schedules for a high-volume customer base across the U.S. and/or Canada
  • Coordinate directly with 3PL (third-party logistics) providers and monitor performance against KPIs, including OTIF (On Time, In Full) metrics
  • Oversee communication with 3PL partners to confirm ready dates, site surveys, and customer requirements before shipment
  • Drive cost efficiency by managing vendor performance in alignment with contract rate sheets and labor decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Logistics Coordinators, Customer Operations) to consolidate shipments and streamline processes
  • Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling changes, equipment availability, and service issue resolution
  • Manage reverse logistics functions, including equipment returns and inventory disposition for your assigned region
  • Perform weekly audits of 3PL billing for accuracy and compliance
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for installation operations and logistics within Customer Operations
  • Train and mentor new hires and team members as needed
  • Respond with urgency to time-sensitive issues, occasionally outside of standard business hours
