Drive business growth and expand the company's market presence in the assigned region. Own the sales processes from quote through enrollment with assigned Non-Med broker firms. This is a remote role. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3 years of related experience in employee benefits sales or sales support
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits, including ancillary benefits: Dental, Vision, Life, Supplemental Life, Disability, and Worksite products, carriers, and market trends.
  • A current and good-standing Life and Health Insurance license is required for this role. A non-resident license for states outside your home state will be required when representing more than one state as a regional representative.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced skills leveraging MS Excel and other MS Office platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential agents and opportunities within the assigned region who would benefit from CRC Benefits’s ancillary product portfolio.
  • Conduct or coordinate sales presentations to showcase the benefits and features of non-medical offerings, addressing clients' needs and book of business.
  • Develop strong and long-lasting relationships with key agency and carrier partners in the region to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Co-create and implement a non-medical sales strategy tailored to the region's market dynamics, competition, and customer preferences.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by CRC Benefits within the assigned region.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to adjust sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Offer post-sales support and direct customer service inquiries to appropriate channels, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with regional leadership and the designated non-medical Benefit Sales Executive to provide valuable feedback from the field and contribute to improving carrier products, CRC Benefits services, and the overall agent experience.
