The Regional Inside Sales Representative position at Atlas Copco Compressors LLC is part of the Sales Development Program aimed at new or recent graduates.   • Build skills suited for sales, marketing, applications, and account management.
  • Work with Regional Sales Managers to learn sales strategies and practices.
  • Shadow Service Technicians to gain knowledge of equipment and its applications.
  • Shadow engineers to learn about compressed air applications and system dynamics.
  • Participate in meetings with other Sales Trainees and previous program graduates for team building and mentorship.
  • Receive training on CRM, Quoting, Application, Marketing, and Travel software.
  • Learn about contract law, basic finance, and territory management.
  • Engage in lead qualification, sales pipeline management, quote/proposal creation, order tracking, and customer follow-up.
  • Conduct marketing campaigns and market study/analysis.
  • Recent college graduate with a BS in Engineering, Industrial Distribution, or Business/Marketing.
  • Demonstrable hands-on technical skills and abilities.
  • Self-disciplined and able to work independently while seeking help when needed.
  • Strong communication skills including phone, email, and meetings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Previous air compressor experience preferred.
