About The Position

Position Summary The Regional Field Service Leader provides regional leadership, oversight, and technical support to the site-level teams responsible for executing industrial services, remediation, soils, and transportation projects across the East Region. This role ensures that site operations are aligned with Reworld’s safety standards, operational requirements, and commercial objectives while optimizing resource utilization and supporting profitable growth across the East Region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, industrial technology, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
  • 7–10+ years of experience in industrial services, environmental services, remediation, or industrial maintenance.
  • Experience supporting or managing multi-site field operations in a heavy industrial environment.
  • Strong background in transportation operations and project delivery.
  • Proven financial and P&L management experience.
  • Strong leadership and influence skills with the ability to support site teams without direct daily control.
  • Technical expertise in industrial services, remediation, soils management, and transportation.
  • Proficiency in bid development, estimating, and project planning.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel within the East Region up to 50%.

Responsibilities

  • Regional Leadership & Site Support Provide guidance and technical support to site-level managers, supervisors, and field personnel responsible for daily project execution.
  • Ensure consistent operational practices, safety compliance, and service quality across multiple East Region locations.
  • Support workforce planning, training, credentialing, and readiness at each site.
  • Conduct regional reviews, audits, and performance assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Industrial Services & Remediation Operations Support sites in delivering industrial service projects including tank cleaning, hydroblasting, vacuum services, facility cleanouts, and industrial maintenance.
  • Oversee regional coordination and best practices for remediation projects, environmental cleanup, and dewatering activities.
  • Provide soils management oversight including profiling, logistics, beneficial reuse, and disposal pathways.
  • Ensure environmental, OSHA, and DOT compliance is consistently maintained across all sites.
  • Transportation & Asset Utilization Oversee regional fleet planning, availability, and utilization of vacuum trucks, roll-off units, tankers, and specialty industrial equipment.
  • Support sites in route planning, dispatch alignment, and asset optimization to meet customer and project needs.
  • Ensure driver qualification standards, fleet safety, and DOT compliance are followed across the region.
  • Project Support & Execution Quality Assist sites with project scoping, labor and equipment planning, and safety preparation.
  • Provide escalation support for complex jobs, emergencies, or high-risk industrial environments.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent documentation including manifests, service reports, sampling records, and project closeouts.
  • Manage subcontractor alignment and regional vendor relationships as needed.
  • Commercial Support & Bidding Support site teams and commercial representatives with bid development, cost estimates, and scopes of work.
  • Participate in customer meetings, site walks, and technical reviews to ensure accurate project understanding and pricing.
  • Provide regional insight into pricing strategies, cost structures, and project margin expectations.
  • Serve as a customer escalation point when issues extend beyond site-level authority.
  • Financial Management & P&L Accountability Hold P&L responsibility for regional industrial services, remediation, soils, and transportation support.
  • Assist sites with budgeting, forecasting, and operational cost controls.
  • Track and report KPIs including asset utilization, labor productivity, safety performance, and project margins.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and margin expansion across the region.
