The Human Resources Regional Manager serves as the key HR resource for two or more affiliates within a region. They are contributors and collaborators with each Affiliates' Leadership teams, working together to ensure support and oversight of the HR duties for all employees. The position is responsible for performing/overseeing all affiliate-level human resources functions, including, but not limited to, benefit management and administration, internal policy administration, workers' compensation, unemployment, coaching and corrective action, and legal and regulatory compliance. The position will work closely with Leadership supporting and guiding them in the areas of employee relations, onboarding/orientation, retention and engagement. The HR Regional Manager will ensure coordination of affiliate and Home Office initiatives, ensuring consistency in HR matters.
