This is a Hybrid role with up to 30% travel What We're Looking For: SuperCare Health is seeking a culture-focused and experienced Regional Human Resources Manager to provide focused leadership development and guidance to the North Region of the organization, encompassing territories from Monterey, CA to Eugene, OR. The Regional Human Resources Manager at SuperCare Health plays a pivotal role in supporting the overall human resources function within the designated region. This position will collaborate closely with Regional Directors, Managers, and employees to ensure the effective implementation of HR strategies and policies that make sense for their client group. The incumbent will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, addressing employee relations issues, and facilitating the development and maintenance of a highly engaged and motivated workforce. What You’ll Do: Strategic HR Leadership: Collaborate with the Region’s Directors to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives of the People department and the business Serve as a trusted advisor to all the Region’s leadership on succession planning, performance expectations, accountability, and culture initiatives, remaining attune & agile to the needs of their markets and adapting to service their client groups Provide guidance and support to Managers and Directors of the Region on HR-related matters, including, but not limited to: succession planning, performance management, recruitment, training, and culture. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues and work to resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for disciplinary actions when necessary. Culture Focus: Actively promote and contribute to a positive organizational culture that embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion. Organize and participate in cultural events and initiatives to strengthen teamwork, communication, and employee well-being. Use regular site visits as an opportunity to assess and reinforce the cultural fabric of each location within the region. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and facilitate the recruitment process, alongside the Talent Recruitment Team Build & establish relationships with schools and community organizations for recruitment initiatives and to maintain an ongoing pipeline of viable candidates Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless and positive experience for new hires as they transition from Orientation to role-specific Training programs with their designated Onboarding Buddy/Subject Matter Expert (SME) Performance Management: Work with managers to develop and maintain a high-performing team by taking proactive steps to identify gaps in training and accountability, and addressing as needed through progressive corrective action and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) Provide coaching and guidance on performance improvement plans, including reviewing, advising, and editing, as needed, to issue a clear, concise, and compliant action plan to move forward Training and Development: Help identify training needs within the region and coordinate relevant training programs with designated SMEs Help facilitate ongoing training in partnership with the SMEs, in addition to hosting development workshops for leadership Support the implementation of professional development initiatives. Policy Implementation: Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures across the region. Stay abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Regular Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to branches and offices within the region to build relationships with employees and management, where possible, coordinating with leadership for joint visits to promote alignment amongst leadership Use site visits as an opportunity to assess the work environment, address concerns, and promote a positive company culture centered around continuous feedback and development Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication between corporate HR and regional teams. Collaborate with other HR professionals to share best practices and drive consistency across the organization. Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity. Generate regular reports on HR metrics and trends within the region. Support all levels of leadership with Overtime control and meal compliance, where applicable, to facilitate mindful payroll practices and a better work-life balance This role may be a fit if you have.. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field OR equivalent work experience in Human Resources supporting a primarily non-exempt employee population The ability to impact and influence without authority A desire to be ‘in the mix’ of activity with the team, taking steps to understand the business and how to best support it through People 3+ years of HR experience, with a focus on employee relations and field HR support. Healthcare experience, preferred. Knowledge of federal and state employment laws. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel within the designated region as required.
