About The Position

The Regional Human Resources Manager will oversee HR functions across multiple locations in the Tri-State area, primarily based in Nashville, TN. This role involves managing the HR team, addressing business needs, and implementing HR solutions that align with company strategies. The manager will provide support and consultation to employees and managers, focusing on performance management, conflict resolution, and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements

• HRCI/SHRM Accreditation preferred.
• BA/BS degree in business, human resources, or a related field preferred; work experience may substitute for education.
• Eight years of progressive human resources experience, including employee relations and talent management, with at least two years in HR management.
• Broad knowledge of HR principles and state and federal employment laws.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prepare written reports.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and deliver results.
• Excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft products; ADP experience is a plus.
• Open availability and flexibility to work according to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting activities including posting positions, outreach, and interviewing candidates.
• Counsel managers and employees on performance issues and oversee the termination process.
• Oversee HR generalist functions and assist in day-to-day HR processes.
• Advise on succession planning and organizational structuring.
• Utilize data to identify trends and develop action plans to improve employee experience and retention.
• Collaborate with HR and internal partners to develop programs and policies.
• Monitor compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Travel to divisions within the region, requiring 50% travel by car.
