About The Position
The Regional HR Business Partner (m/f/d) plays a pivotal role in the global HR Business Partnering model by driving collaboration and harmonization of HR practices across divisional and functional boundaries at the regional level. Reporting to the Global HR Business Partner for Scent & Care (S&C), you will contribute to the development of the segment's HR strategy and ensure its proper implementation in the North America region. Within your area of responsibility, you will act as the primary point of contact for the regional Executive Leadership Team and strengthen the role of the strategic business partnership by providing recommendations on topics such as workforce planning, performance management and employee engagement. As an active member of the North America HR Leadership Team, you will exemplify our leadership behaviors and organizational values and serve as a role model for the team and escalation point for decisions and guidance on high-risk and/or complex HR issues.
