The Regional Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing HR operations within an assigned geographic region for Summit Fire & Security. This role ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies while providing hands-on HR support to regional leadership and employees. The Regional HR Manager partners with leaders to address workforce challenges, resolve employee relations issues, and implement HR initiatives effectively. In addition to ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance, this position plays a key role in fostering a professional, respectful, and productive work environment aligned with Summit's values and standards. This position collaborates closely with Corporate HR, Talent, Payroll, and Benefits teams and reports directly to the Senior Human Resources Manager.
