Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in the entertainment, adventure, hospitality or related industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop property HR teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service and support to leaders and hosts.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on sensitive HR issues, risk mitigation, and strategic decision-making.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on host relations and compliance matters.
  • Champion company culture and values, fostering a positive, engaging, and inclusive work environment.
  • Support learning and development programs to build leadership capability and career growth.
