Role Summary The Regional HR Business Partner (HRBP) supports both strategic and operational HR initiatives, partnering closely with business leaders and strategic HR teams. This role manages complex employee relations, enhances employee engagement, and provides tactical support to regional HR projects. In addition, this role owns and delivers critical HR programs requiring high attention to compliance, reporting accuracy, and cross-functional partnership (e.g., audit support, government reporting, immigration, mobility, and training enablement). The HRBP leverages HR technology to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
