About The Position
The Regional GSA Rental Manager leads the GSA rental effort for assigned territory.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Min 2 years or more sales experience.

Responsibilities
- Exceed forecasted revenue targets through an aggressive rental and sales efforts.
- Ensure compliance with insurance standards to protect the company.
- Prepare the necessary paperwork.
- Proper use of our Systems: TSD, GSA STR Website Gmail and Master’s Website.
- Frequent review of the tracking spreadsheet, sell over list, and detail workflow calendar.
- Travel within the territory assigned to the branch – as required.
- Attend Trade Shows.
- Maintain a valid CDL with medical card – Need to add P endorsement.
- Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Attending company meetings as required.
- Client development and relationships.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
