About The Position

At OneDigital, we are on a mission to help people do their best work and live their best lives. We are looking for a Regional Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in an integrated, digital, content, design and results-focused marketing environment. You will support regional-focused initiatives while collaborating with our national marketing team to deliver strategies and assets for OneDigital’s insurance, HR, and financial services solutions. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to design and deliver remarkable prospect client experiences that drive business growth. You will manage a wide variety of marketing projects, including building the brand, managing campaigns to drive lead generation, developing thought leadership content, planning and executing industry events, developing print collaterals and website messaging, and executing marketing automation activities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience in employee benefits, insurance, human resources, and/or financial services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Information Design or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive MQLs as a result of integrated and digital marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Demonstrated experience working with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, etc.), digital tools (HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, WordPress, SimpleBooklet, Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, Google Analytics), design software (Adobe Suite, Canva), and organizational platforms (Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Smartsheet).
  • Proactive, energetic, and ready to dive in and get your hands dirty.
  • Ability to coordinate the activities of outside vendors to accomplish multiple, concurrent deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, independent or team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for the development and execution of the region’s growth marketing initiatives to meet dynamic sales goals for the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored, high-impact RFP responses, ensuring that all proposals are compelling, clear, and aligned with client needs while highlighting the company’s unique value proposition.
  • Maintain and update the RFP platform and library of responses, ensuring all content is organized, easily accessible, and aligned with the latest company offerings, allowing for efficient and accurate proposal development.
  • Lead the creation and delivery of persuasive finalist presentations, partnering closely with producers and sales teams to craft messaging that resonates with prospective clients and positions the company as the ideal partner.
  • Work directly with producers and sales teams to support lead generation and close sales opportunities, providing insights, data, and strategic recommendations that enhance client interactions and move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate on brand awareness activities in the region, including regional growth enablement resources, growth event marketing, key market messaging and execution.
  • Curate regional content development and execution for all marketing channels, including media (online and print), website and social, and branded collateral.
  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans to support organic growth opportunities —including digital lead generation activities, content strategies, brand awareness initiatives, print collaterals, webinars, social and PR.
  • Support regional growth event marketing initiatives and provide consulting on event marketing best practices to offices in the region.
  • Collaborate with sales, client services and IT to manage, maintain, scrub and renew data used for digital marketing deliverables.
