About The Position
As the Regional Growth Director at Oak Street Health, you will be responsible for the performance of our field sales teams, delivering sales targets for your geography, and coaching and developing sales managers and sales representatives at each of your sites. You will support your teams with strategic planning, training, recruiting, expansion, and marketing program development. This role requires a strong communicator who builds relationships quickly and is passionate about working in a fast-paced, results-driven organization. You will have a history of delivering sales performance, fostering a competitive culture, and developing employees.
