About The Position

In Building Automation (BA), we address the challenges within the building environment. Our focus is installing, integrating and maintaining the systems that keep your facility safe, secure, comfortable, productive, energy efficient and healthy. We design and manufacture technologies to address some of the world’s toughest challenges in airports, commercial buildings, datacenters, schools, government, hospitals, stadiums, labs and smart cities. As a General Manager, you will have end to end responsibility for your region.  We are seeking a growth mindset, career driven, transformation leader who excels at: Establishing and executing business plans utilizing Honeywell’s growth drivers to grow share and profit Understanding how to translate customer goals to solutions with software-industrial technology. Leading both direct and indirect employees. Analyzing processes and data to simplify, find root cause, and resolve issues pro-actively. Speaking with customers placing them as your top priority. Motivating teams to turn strategy into execution through a large workforce.

Requirements

  • 10 or more years of experience in industrial or technology sector
