About The Position

EMR is seeking an experienced Regional General Manager to lead our Delaware Valley, Eastern Shore, DC, Southern Maryland and VA service regions. This role is responsible for maintaining and improving culture, processes and people; driving results through strong leadership of three Operations Managers, ensuring consistent performance, employee and customer satisfaction, accountability and sustainable growth across the region. This role will also be responsible to oversee the entire company’s Fleet and Safety Manager(s), ensuring the Fleet asset needs and Safety programs are being handled effectively and efficiently. The Regional General Manager’s growth focus is primarily on market saturation and operational scaling – strengthening density, improving productivity and building disciplined consistent leadership practices while supporting thoughtful expansion when appropriate. This role is primarily leadership focused setting standards, developing leaders and ensuring that the culture, processes and expectations are executed through the local leaders. EMR is a drug-free workplace, clean driving record required.

Requirements

  • 8+ years leading multi-site teams - field service, trades or similar operations a plus
  • Proven track record improving performance through managers, not just personally
  • Experience implementing KPIs, operational processes and accountability systems
  • Strong communication, coaching and change-management skills
  • Strong P&L awareness or direct P&L management
  • Clear criminal background
  • Pre-Employment drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, coaching and accountability for three Operations Managers
  • Oversee Fleet and Safety Manager(s), ensuring consistent, efficient and effective company-wide standards
  • Coach and guide Operations Managers to drive market penetration, culture consistency and technician productivity
  • Establish KPI discipline, best practices, cadences and a continuous improvement culture
  • Develop future leaders and ensure succession readiness across the region and operational departments (Fleet and Safety)
  • Partner with executive leadership on growth strategy and execution
