Regional General Manager
About The Position
REGIONAL GENERAL MANAGER - RESIDENTIAL HOME IMPROVEMENTS EXPERIENCE PREFERRED REGIONAL TRAVEL REQUIRED 50% BASE SALARY + INCENTIVIZED ANCILLARY BONUSES (AVG YEAR 1 = $150K TO $200K) Great Day Improvements, an innovator and leader in the home remodeling market is currently seeking a driven and experienced General Manager to oversee all aspects of the Branch Operations in our FLORIDA Region. This position would oversee branch locations in JACKSONVILLE, ORLANDO, TAMPA, FT MYERS & WEST PALM BEACH . This position would require a candidate that is open to Regional specific travel up to 50% of the year. Great Day Improvements is a vertically integrated company who designs, manufactures, sells and installs the Patio Enclosures™ sunroom and pool cage/lanai products.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in general management, preferably in the remodeling or residential construction industry.
- P&L responsibility preferred.
- Experienced in team building and management preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
- Must be process oriented.
- Excellent customer relations and problem-solving skills are required.
- Experience in dealing with multiple trades and sub-contractors.
- Must be competent in the use of technology, experience with MS Excel a plus.
Responsibilities
- Job and project management utilizing our in-house CRM system
- Oversee implementation of our customer satisfaction process.
- Responsible for job profitability, job costing, budgeting, etc.
- Recruit, hire, and train teams based on capacity needs.
- Oversee performance of the teams and train them on proper procedures.
- Evaluate and monitor performance and quality standards of sub-contractors.
- Oversee training of proper installation procedures for all of company products.
- Oversee and perform, if necessary, measures, breakouts and order materials accordingly.
- Ensure that safety standards are reviewed and implemented.POO
- Meet with customers to review difficult and/or complicated jobs or to solve difficult service problems.
- Maintain a rolling 30-day installation schedule.
