About The Position

Regional FRCS Authorization SME The Opportunity: Cyber threats are everywhere, and the constantly evolving nature of these threats can make understanding them seem overwhelming to government agencies. In all of this “cyber noise,” how can these organizations understand their risks and how to mitigate them? The answer is you—an information security risk specialist who will break down complex threats into manageable plans of action. As an information security risk specialist on our team, you’ll use your experience to work with the Marine Corps by providing technical and analytical support. You will coordinate with supported installations within the Area of Responsibility (AOR) to identify, address, and resolve issues related to Authority to Operate (ATOs), system integration and cybersecurity. As a SME in one of four Regions, you will coordinate with the command and other Regional POCs to further the standardization of enterprise-level architectures, processes, policies and guidance. You’ll work with your client to ensure the compliance and security of their Facility Related Control Systems (FRCS) in order to safeguard Marine Corps’ critical infrastructure, facilities and systems.
