As a Regional FP&A Manager at Amplifon, you'll be at the heart of financial decision-making, partnering directly with corporate functional leaders to manage regional spending, deliver insightful analysis, and ensure accurate reporting. In this high-visibility role, you'll lead key controlling activities across the region, championing financial integrity and operational efficiency. You'll also dive deep into forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning by providing the data-driven insights that fuel smarter decisions and sustainable growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
• 5+ years related work experience
• Experience with strategic planning and implementation required
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint with advanced knowledge regarding pivot tables and macros
• Experience with Business Intelligence and ERP systems required
• Basic understanding of Accounting principles

Nice To Haves

• Experience with PowerBI and Oracle Fusion preferred
• Experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry preferred
• Demonstrated ability to thrive under tight deadlines, with a self-sufficient and proactive approach to addressing complex business challenges
• Exceptional communication skills, with the capacity to convey detailed and relevant information effectively across all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate functional cost center spending to ensure alignment with budget and forecast through monthly management accounts and continuous financial controls
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for Amplifon's corporate functions, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment
• Serve as the regional owner for functional spend across the Americas, maintaining budget and forecast compliance through monthly reviews in close collaboration with regional finance leads
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting at both regional and global levels, providing insightful analysis and challenging functional teams as needed to ensure clarity and impact
