About The Position

VytlOne (formerly Maxor National Pharmacy Services) is looking for a compassionate, customer service oriented Pharmacy Technician to work full time in our VytlOne managed pharmacy at our 340B and Specialty Pharmacies in Vermont and New Hampshire. Requirements

  • Active pharmacy technician license in the State of VT.
  • Current PTCB Certification, or ability to obtain your certification within 6 months (Maxor will assist).
  • A minimum of 2 years retail pharmacy experience.
  • Proven track record of exemplary customer service.
  • Computer experience mandatory.
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, to interact with a wide variety of individuals to successfully provide optimal patient care.
  • Ability to operate various pharmacy software programs/equipment proficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Assist pharmacists in providing effective, appropriate, and safe pharmacy services.
  • Greet customers and take prescription orders.
  • Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues.
  • Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers.
  • Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked.
  • Answer the phone.
  • Input customer information into the computer system.
