In Regional Fleet Sales Manager for the East Coast, you'll enjoy the autonomy to pursue both retail and large fleet opportunities, working in close partnership with our extensive dealer network. You will drive Mack Trucks sales volume and profitability, focusing on the On-Highway segment and other strategic segments aligned with Mack's vision. Your territory will cover key East Coast states, and you'll be responsible for both acquiring new business (conquest accounts) and nurturing relationships with existing key customers, as determined by the Region Vice President.   • Achieve regional business plan goals and objectives for specified customer fleet accounts.
  • Develop and execute sales and pricing strategies to win target regional fleet accounts.
  • Retain and grow existing accounts through proactive relationship management.
  • Serve as the primary representative of Mack Trucks to assigned customers, responding promptly to requests for assistance and information across all Mack disciplines.
  • Structure comprehensive enterprise offerings, including truck residuals, trades, specifications, new truck pricing, financing, warranty, and Uptime solutions.
  • Collaborate with dealers, District Managers, and internal Mack resources to ensure effective deal cultivation, closure, and follow-up.
  • Deliver professional, organized presentations and negotiate sales transactions.
  • Identify, prioritize, analyze, and resolve fleet customer issues, always prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent experience.
  • 5-10 years' experience selling capital equipment with account management experience.
  • Deep understanding of key purchase drivers among regional fleets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70-75%).
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective, ethical working relationships with fleet customers, dealers, and internal teams.
  • Persistent in achieving objectives despite obstacles.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to use financial analysis for strategic decision-making.
  • Skilled at identifying new opportunities and creating competitive strategies.
