About The Position

THIS POSITION REQUIRES PREVIOUS ORANGETHEORY, MULTI-UNIT FITNESS EXPERIENCE Regional Fitness Manager Pay Structure Competitive base salary Commissions for coaching classes Total compensation can average between $75,000-$100,000 / annually Advancement Opportunities We tripled in size in the last year & are looking for Top Talent to grow with us! Requirements
- Knowledge to educate your region's elite coaches
- Multiunit managerial experience
- 5+ years of health, wellness and fitness industry experience
- AED/CPR certified
- Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness
- Ability to travel within the __ Region
Responsibilities
- Be a constant example of peak level Orangetheory coaching
- Be an integral piece of the development of your Head Coaches
