About The Position

Baptist Health Medical Group (BHMG) is looking for a Regional Finance Manager to join the Finance Department! This is a remote position that requires residency in KY or IN. The Regional Finance Manager will provide strategic direction for multiple Medical Group markets. Assists in budget and financial planning/forecasting, developing and implementing business and financial strategies, analysis of operating results and new business opportunities which support strategic planning processes. Ensures financial strategies and processes align and effectively support the achievement of the organization’s objectives. Assists with the development and execution of financial strategies, systems and processes that optimize current and future financial operational performance. Works in collaboration with senior leadership across the system to identify and execute on financial performance improvement initiatives, including revenue optimization, expense control methods and/or capital management, contributing to optimal performance and strategic positioning efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years experience in health system financial operations.
• Advanced knowledge in developing and evaluating complex financial plans.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex financial issues to non-financial staff.
• Analytical and computer skills with knowledge of financial modeling.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Medical Practice Executive preferred.
• Medical Group experience preferred.
