Job Summary The Regional Finance Director provides financial leadership and strategic oversight across assigned business units, ensuring strong financial performance, controls, and operational partnership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (required)
• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive finance experience
• Prior supervisory or people management experience
• Strong proficiency in SAP
• Advanced Excel skills
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling expertise
• Occasional overnight travel may be required

Nice To Haves

• Hospitality, retail, or foodservice industry experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead regional financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Own and analyze P&L performance , providing insights and recommendations
• Partner with operations and senior leadership to drive financial results
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Support month-end close, variance analysis, and financial reporting
• Develop and mentor finance team members
