About The Position
Are you passionate about workplace safety and preventing accidents? Southern Roofing and Renovation is seeking a Regional Field Safety Specialist in Memphis, TN to inspect job sites, identify hazards, and support crews in maintaining safe work environments. This is a field-heavy role, traveling daily to multiple sites.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's in Safety/related field preferred
- 3+ years of construction or safety experience
- Knowledge of construction equipment, methods, and processes
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and vehicle insurance

- Bachelor's in Safety/related field
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site inspections, identify hazards, and ensure proper safety equipment is in place
- Assist with incident investigations and reporting for accidents, injuries, or property damage
- Lead toolbox talks and safety updates for crews
- Evaluate subcontractor safety programs and report non-compliance
- Track safety metrics and provide updates to leadership
