Requirements

• OSHA 30 preferred
• OSHA 510 preferred or willing to obtain
• Exposure to grading, utilities, or infrastructure construction preferred
• Willingness to travel regionally
• Strong work ethic and initiative
• Effective communicator in field environments
• Independent and proactive
• Strong coaching and influence skills
• Organized documentation habits
• Understanding of OSHA construction regulations and heavy civil safety controls, including excavation, utilities, and equipment operations

Responsibilities

• Perform jobsite inspections and safety observations
• Reinforce excavation and equipment safety protocols
• Lead toolbox talks and site orientations
• Support hazard mitigation planning
• Maintain compliance documentation
• Collaborate with field leadership to improve safety performance
