About The Position
Meta Reality Labs is looking for a Regional Field Merchandising Manager based in one of our North America offices, reporting to the Global Field Merchandising Lead in the US. This person will be responsible for planning, communicating, executing, and reporting on Global Physical Fixture merchandising programs across all our existing and future 3rd party retailer partners within the North America region. This role plays an instrumental part in contributing to the RL vision for our global customers to find, learn and experience RL products through physical retail. It is essential to have experience with merchandising within current retail partners such as: Best Buy, Target, Walmart, Regionals, and more. The primary role of the Regional Field Merchandising Manager is to ensure that all field merchandising components including fixtures, demo units, graphics and display technologies are operating and functioning properly, as well as maintained to our standards. The role is execution oriented and is focused on planning, managing, and executing large programs and projects across our global partners. The Regional Field Merchandising Manager must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment working collaboratively across channel marketing, sales, analytics, and external vendors.
