As a Regional Field Marketing Manager, you will bring the brand to life where it matters most—within your assigned region and local communities. You will Make a Difference by translating enterprise and regional strategies into locally relevant marketing that drives sales, strengthens brand connection, and delivers measurable results. You’ll Serve with Heart by acting as a trusted partner to Operations, leading with integrity, and building authentic relationships with community, media, and business partners. Requirements

  • Experience leading regional or local marketing execution
  • Proven ability to drive results through field‑based or market‑level initiatives
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
  • Experience managing budgets and evaluating marketing performance
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional and field teams
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Availability for full‑time work with flexibility for travel and extended hours

  • Experience in restaurant, retail, or consumer‑facing brands
  • Background working closely with Operations or multi‑unit field teams
  • Experience activating grassroots, community, or local partnerships
  • Strong understanding of local media and market dynamics

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the regional brand ambassador with media, community, and business partners
  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies that drive sales and engagement
  • Lead market‑ and unit‑level execution of promotions and local marketing programs
  • Coach and develop Family Members to deliver consistent, high‑quality execution
  • Partner with Operations to align marketing initiatives with restaurant realities
  • Monitor performance, analyze results, and optimize programs for impact
  • Identify local media and Local Store Marketing (LSM) opportunities
  • Manage regional marketing budgets with accountability and financial discipline
  • Provide insights, updates, and recommendations to leadership
