About The Position

Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a Regional Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee multiple locations supporting all facilities maintenance operations. This role requires the ability to travel across the designated region. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 5 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma or Tech School Certification with 8 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of management experience

Responsibilities

Oversee multiple facilities maintenance operations including scheduling, quotes, process improvements, and vendor relationships
Managing the facility maintenance operations including hiring, supervising, professional development and offering continuous educational opportunities
Ensures all equipment, building and grounds are maintained and operational up to company standards
Ensure safety needs are given a top priority and supports Lock Out Tag Out execution
Ensure service calls and machinery repairs are completed in a timely manner and assists mechanics with machine troubleshooting
Oversees facility budgeting as well as champion and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis
Maintain a compliant stockroom operation that provides necessary consumables for the facility
