The Regional Facilities Leader will be responsible for leading repairs and maintenance for 25+ Gallery/Restaurant locations. Design and implement innovative processes and systems to lead multiple projects at any given time. This team member will experience a wide range of problem solving situations requiring leadership and collaboration to solve. Responsibility around sourcing, hiring, retaining and leading local external vendors for each location is a critical part of the role. The right candidate has demonstrated strong strategic and analytical skills along with strong planning, organization and relationship building skills.
