The Regional Facilities Leader will be responsible for leading repairs and maintenance for 25+ Gallery/Restaurant locations. Design and implement innovative processes and systems to lead multiple projects at any given time. This team member will experience a wide range of problem solving situations requiring leadership and collaboration to solve. Responsibility around sourcing, hiring, retaining and leading local external vendors for each location is a critical part of the role. The right candidate has demonstrated strong strategic and analytical skills along with strong planning, organization and relationship building skills.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of repairs and maintenance experience
  • 3+ years of multi unit leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in Mac Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, Google Applications
  • Experience with online forms and surveys
  • Driver’s license preferred
  • Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs., while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques
  • Ability to maneuver effectively around gallery/restaurant floor, stock room and office
  • Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing
  • Ability to travel locally, out of state or out of country

Responsibilities

  • Live and breathe our Values and Beliefs
  • Works closely with the Sr. VP and Director, RH Preservation to execute company strategies
  • Becomes an expert in the R&M operational processes and procedures
  • Assumes full R&M responsibility and accountability over each Gallery/Restaurant within their assigned field
  • Builds beneficial relationships and partnerships with their Field, Gallery & Facility Leader partners
  • Maintains a high level of professional communication with internal and external partners
  • Selects and manages external vendor partners by market.
  • Maintains mutually beneficial relationships in order to receive priority responses to urgent needs
  • Conducts regular vendor meetings/ outreach
  • Participates in new location openings by seeing punch list items through to completion.
  • Leads Post Opening Follow Up calls
  • Manages R&M budgets, ensures all assigned locations hit their given R&M budgets monthly
  • Manages ServiceChannel requests, vendor set up, vendor training, invoice approval, timely submissions and follow up for all assigned locations
  • Creates maintenance plans and schedules for all preventative maintenance, cleaning, etc.
